Thanks Mary! We are bombarded with these types of calls daily, from companies all over the country! My favorite claim is that Google doesn’t actually have any customer service reps and that they outsource to independent vendors. However, their pre-recorded cold-call shouts Google’s name to get your attention. Sneaky!
